As owner and accountant of Ducker & Company, Mr. Ducker offers accounting and tax services along with business management and financial guidance to small and midsize businesses. With more than 40 years of experience in personal and corporate tax, Mr. Ducker continues to be very passionate about his work, keeping up with the latest in accounting technology as well as tax and financial trends. Mr. Ducker is an active member of his church and community and enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and four grandchildren.
Erik has over 8 years of accounting experience and specializes in personal, corporate and partnership tax accounting, monthly accounting, payroll, and financial statement preparation among other things. Erik enjoys the opportunity of working with people from various industries and the diversity that it brings. Erik's professional interests include keeping current on financial and economical matters. Beyond the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, venturing out on a day of fun with the family whenever possible.
Julie has been with the firm since 2006. She finds it very rewarding to help clients become better organized and recommends smart procedures that enable them to manage their important data on a regular basis. Julie's extensive accounting abilities include personal and business tax preparation as well as payroll and financial statement preparation. In her personal time, Julie enjoys making memories with her husband and two boys.
Shanee is currently an accounting major at the University of West Florida and began working with the firm in 2013. She is excited to learn from the diverse knowledge that the senior accountants offer and looks forward to expanding her knowledge of tax and all other aspects of accounting. Outside of work and the classroom, Shanee enjoys time with her son, husband, family and friends.
Ginger began working with Ducker & Company in 2011. She manages appointment scheduling, compiles reports, scans financial data and is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently, among other tasks. She loves the interaction with clients and working for a small company where she can be familiar with all clients and their needs. She is a mother of two and values time spent with her family and friends.
Edward Rouse has more than 25 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant consulting with small and medium-sized businesses. His practice area includes audit and accounting, taxation, financial planning, litigation support and fraud investigations. In addition to his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, Ed also is a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr,FA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Ed graduated cum laude from Lehigh University and received his M.B.A. from George Washington University. He is married with three children and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Ed is known and respected as an accountant who places his client's needs first and foremost.
